Zee Studios powers up with Anil Sharma and Sunny Deol to deliver the biggest Republic Day announcement of Bollywood, launches the first poster of 'Gadar 2.'*

_After shattering records with massive critical acclaim back in 2001, Zee Studios is back with the most anticipated sequel of 'Gadar 2,' that redefined patriotism, love and passion in Bollywood!_

Apart from having an incredible line up of titles for 2023, Zee Studios is all set to continue their realm of creating path-breaking cinema with the first poster release of Bollywood's most-awaited sequel, 'Gadar 2,' in association with Anil Sharma. The Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma starrer created an insurmountable stir in Bollywood ever since its inception. Fans, critics, noted names from the industry expressed their excitement over the most celebrated sequel of Bollywood. To add a cherry on the top, the makers, Zee Studios and Anil Sharma have decided to gift the first look of 'Gadar 2' featuring Sunny Deol to the people of India!

Sharing his joy over the first poster launch, director and producer Anil Sharma added, “Gadar - Ek Prem Katha isn’t my film but it’s people’s film and dynamically shifted the paradigm of the Indian film industry. It went on to become a cult icon wherein people breathed Tara Singh and Sakina's love story. We are absolutely thrilled to launch the first poster!"

Speaking about the film CEO of Zee Studios Shariq Patel said, “The original team of 'Gadar - Ek Prem Katha' is back after 22 years and we are elated to be associated with the team on this one. The first installment gave some iconic scenes, songs and character to the Indian Film Industry and is popular even today. Needless to say, entertainment and emotion make up the artillery for 'Gadar 2' and we are delighted to commemorate the Republic Day with the first poster launch."

Adding to it, Superstar Sunny Deol stated, “'Gadar - Ek Prem Katha' has been an eminent part of my life, personally as well as professionally. Tara Singh from Gadar isn’t just a protagonist but went on to become a cult icon that defied all odds and crossed all boundaries for his Family and Love. Collaborating with the team after, 22 years was a creatively enriching experience."

The first movie Gadar - Ek Prem Katha is still celebrated amongst the Indian audiences. The movie created a new wave of nationalism in the country and the storyline still rules millions of hearts! Helmed by Director-Producer Anil Sharma, and produced by Zee Studios, the movie stars Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and Utkarsh Sharma in lead roles. The movie is scheduled to be release on 11th August 2023.

Tara Vs Bilal: Harshvardhan Rane & Sonia Rathee starrer all set to hit big screens on 28th October*

Harshvardhan Rane and Sonia Rathee’s Tara Vs Bilal gets a new release date. This slice of life film will now hit the 70 mm screens on *28th October, 2022*.

Directed by Samar Iqbal the film is set in scenic places in London. The movie showcases how two completely different personalities, Tara and Bilal draw one another closer with light hearted banter and a pinch of Love.

After three successful movie premieres and Brad Pitt’s famous red-carpet appearance in a skirt, here’s some more exciting news for fans across the country! The highly anticipated action-comedy movie, Bullet Train, is all set to release in India on 4th August 2022, one day prior to the U.S.!

The movie, helmed by Deadpool 2 director David Leitch, will comprise a stellar ensemble cast with some of the most popular names from Hollywood. With Brad Pitt at the fore, the movie will also star Kissing Booth actor, People’s Choice award winner and Golden Globe award nominee, Joey King along with multiple Primetime Emmy award nominee Brian Tyree Henry, Avengers: Age of Ultron fame Aaron Taylor-Johnson, The Boys fame Karen Fukuhara, Fury fame Logan Lerman among others.

While Brad Pitt returns to the big screen in a starring role for the first time since 2019, Academy award winning actor Sandra Bullock will also be seen making an appearance in Bullet Train. Actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson will also be seen next as Marvel’s Kraven the Hunter.

Sony Pictures Entertainment India will release Bullet Train across theatres in the country in languages - English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, on 4th August, one day prior to the movie’s global release!

Actor Barkha Singh has been gaining a lot of eyeballs for her sassy young bride character in the second season of Masaba Masaba. The actor who will also be seen in ‘The Great Wedding of Munneys’ as a UP girl will portray a completely opposite character in Masaba Masaba season 2. The show also stars talented Neena Gupta and Masaba Gupta as the lead cast along with Barkha Singh in a pivotal role.

Talking about her chemistry and experience working with Masaba Gupta, actress Barkha Singh said, “I think Masaba is a very cool, chill and sweet person, and there have been times when I have met Masaba off-screen to discuss other projects. Even then it has been a breath of fresh air talking to her. Whenever I talk to her I feel like she’s an old BFF, she is very nice!

Barkha further adds, “I think Masaba is a warm and sweet person who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting off-screen to discuss other projects. It has been a breath of fresh air talking to her and working with her.

Barkha further adds, “She has accomplished so much but she’s a very humble and grounded person. It felt so comfortable right from our first conversation and we clicked instantly.”

Barkha will be seen playing the character Ayesha in Masaba Masaba 2. Other than this series the actor has an amazing line up in the coming year. Fans will also see her in The Great Wedding of Munnes opposite Abhishek Banerjee.
